Two more we added recently for keeping Network Devices clean: # Auto-purge network devices that have not been seen in more than 30 days DELETE FROM networkdevices WHERE LastContact < DATE_ADD(NOW(),INTERVAL -30 DAY); # Auto-purge duplicate network devices DELETE FROM networkdevices WHERE networkdevices.DeviceID IN ( SELECT DISTINCT DeviceID FROM ( SELECT t1.* FROM networkdevices AS t1 JOIN (SELECT LocationID, IPAddress FROM networkdevices GROUP BY LocationID, IPAddress HAVING count(*) > 1) AS t2 ON t1.LocationI
  2. Our first attempt to upgrade from 2019.12 to 2020.2 resulted in the installer completely hosing our server, to the point that we had to restore from backup. It would appear that the installer does not handle file replacements in the "C:\inetpub\wwwroot" folder safely, and is unable to roll back the changes if an issue is encountered while replacing these files. In our case, the installer deleted all files in "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\cwa", then encountered a locked file that it was unable to replace. 6. It's already pretty easy to send messages to Teams from Automate and Manage via the Rest API or email (every channel in Teams has an email address). What does this plugin add over the built-in messaging features?
  7. I actually made a script to do exactly this! It's primarily just some PowerShell, deployed via group policy. Here's the XML, ready for import: This is the actual meat of what's going on. Also note, this script will attempt to install the components it needs to run, but was intended to be run against the target network's Domain Controller. # Install required Windows features: # * Import the Server Manager PowerShell module # * Install Active Directory PowerShell Module # * Install Group Policy Management Components (GPMC) Import-Module ServerManager Add-WindowsFeature RSAT-AD-PowerShell A
