Are there any router configs that might help this along? Takes 10 seconds or more a lot of the time to load an agent window sometimes and we're on a 50/10 connection. TheCloudGuy 0 Posted April 26, 2016 Share Posted April 26, 2016 I would suggest going to http://cloudping.info and running latency tests against the AWS hosting regions. If it would be beneficial to move you to another hosting region, you can put in a ticket and we will move it for you. Also, having lots of plugins enabled can hinder the amount of time that it takes to load a computer screen, as the system is having to run additional queries when you open that screen.
